Explorations in superheroes
One of the things I have taken not of in my art recently, is that when I draw or create people, I tend to create people that look like me. I had admired artist who draw a variety of figures, but when I draw from memory, I tend to draw white people. This is something that I wanted to challenge this year, and I wanted to learn to draw more figures in a powerful way. And what better way to do that than creating varieties of humans, from different ethnicities, and draw them as superheroes? This is still a challenge that I am working on, and hope to have a wider array of creations from here on out.
